**About CRM Marketing And Your Role**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create data segments for a personalised customer experience.
- Plan, execute and analyse push notifications across our apps.
- Utilise reporting tools to analyse campaign performance daily, weekly and monthly.
- Recommend and explain insights effectively with the wider business.
- Assist Senior CRM Executive/CRM Manager in the execution of ad hoc projects.

**Desirable skills/experience**:

- Educated to degree level, ideally in Marketing or related field.
- Previous experience working with a CRM platform is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously whilst prioritising workload.
- Extreme attention to detail and adopt a perfectionist approach to your work.
- Confident to try new things outside of comfort zone and learn on the job.
- Demonstrate decision making ability through prompt resolution of problems.
- Data-driven, continuously improving and testing to deliver strong results.
