**Job Description**:
**The role of a Care Professional** is to achieve the highest quality of life for the older members of our community. This means providing basic care but also encouraging activities to keep people active, engaged and confident.

**As Care Professionals we receive**:

- £200 welcome onboarding payment
- Competitive rates of pay £10.45 - £15.80 per hour

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**:

- Experience in supporting an older person in a personal capacity is ideal.
- You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
- You will be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and respectful.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Driver's licence and access to reliable transport is essential.
- Available to work every other weekend.
