What youll doThe client is a young gentleman in his teens who has Autism ADHD Global Development Delay & PICA.We are looking for someone who is compassionate reliable and has a strong emotional resilience to join our existing team where no two days are the same.Your day-to-day would include providing personal care infection control and constant supervision to ensure a safe environment at all times at home and in the community.Qualifications : What youll needExperience in complex care is essential for this position inclusive of the following:Challenging BehavioursKnowledge of Autism or ADHDThe ability to read social cues of non-verbal clients.The ability to interpret body language or to use visual aids such as PECS.Consistency emotional resilience & the ability to build trust.Additional Information : Why choose usWe see extraordinary achievements happen every day thanks to the talent and commitment of our people.
