We’re looking for a Research Manager with experience in consumer/market research, covering the specific processes involved in delivering international quantitative research against tight deadlines.
As as Research Manager at PSE you will be able to take responsibility for executing specific elements of the research processes, working both independently and also as part of a close-knit team, delegating tasks amongst other team members as needed. A thoroughand diligent approach to your work, and an eye for detail for all elements of the research process, are essential.
You will be an enthusiastic team player, keen to get involved in all elements of any project, and able to work and liaise with seniors, juniors, suppliers and clients alike, to deliver the very best quality work for our clients
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Design simple surveys with mínimal guidance from others, and provide valid input for more complex questionnaires.
- Work autonomously when needed, but also have the ability to work alongside other members of the consumer team:
- manage and perform careful checks on multiple online survey scripts and translations
- processing of raw data and thorough review of Excel data tables
- accurate creation of PPT reports, including the identification of key insights
- Based on set timelines, monitor and continuously manage progress and suggest appropriate actions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work with other team members to analyse and interpret data, ensuring the key insights and stories are drawn out.
- Work with other team members to produce PPT reports and dashboards, which accurately report results and deliver actionable insights to clients in a clear, impactful and useable manner.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers and clients, as a day-to-day contact. And use your research and project knowledge to effectively and appropriately contribute to meetings and presentations.
- You will be continuously looking to keep up-to-date on new technologies and find efficiencies to improve the speed and quality of projects.
- You should also be looking for opportunities, across the PSE and wider Publicis Groupe teams, to grow and develop the consumer research remit.
