Technology Trainer and Digital Adoption Specialist

The purpose of the role is to provide business benefits by continuous analysis of business and technology training needs and driving the enhancements of training practices and tools. Drive the adoption of new business systems to adopt and improve businessprocesses to meet requirements in line with the organisation’s business and technology strategy.

**Principle duties include**:

- Perform all technology inductions for new starters
- Build a programme of improvement for the technology induction process including leveraging in newly adopted technologies
- Take responsibility for the development of the business’s technology training portal, including the development of training videos and documentation.
- Lead the training and digital adoption workstreams of all technology implementations
- Analyse systems usage data to identify potential digital adoption gaps
- Identify ways of achieving maximum productivity across the group by encouraging the use of technology to its full potential
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective relationships with assigned business contact and 3rd party suppliers
- Encourage staff awareness of cyber security risks and of best practice guidelines
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
- Experience developing yearly training plans and materials
- Applied knowledge of learning models and facilitation methods
- Fluent English and an ability to write clearly and concisely for different audiences
- Applied knowledge of Learning and Content Management systems
