**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Growth**: Drive UK sales within a defined Strategic Business Unit (SBU) by targeting high potential accounts and opportunities.

**Account Strategy Development**: Gather in-depth account and market knowledge to develop effective account penetration strategies.

**Sales Tools Utilization**: Leverage provided sales tools, including SET and CRM, to maximize sales and marketing benefits.

**Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain successful business relationships with all prospects and customers in your designated geographical area.

**What You Need to Succeed**

**General Background**:
A strong foundation in Chemistry or Biochemistry is essential for understanding our products and the needs of our customers.

**Educational Qualifications**:
A minimum of a postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

**Sales Experience**:
Field sales experience within the laboratory market, particularly within the UK customer base.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident in your abilities to drive sales and manage customer relationships.
- Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for the role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Valid UK driving license.
