**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer service will ensure that each guest has an exceptional experience.

**Duties**:

- Greeting customers and taking orders with a friendly, attentive manner
- Operating espresso machines and brewing coffee to precise recipes
- Steaming and frothing milk for lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks
- Preparing and serving cakes and other light food
- Maintaining a clean and organised area
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Answering customer questions about menu items and providing recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with team members to deliver prompt, high-quality service

**Skills**:

- Previous barista experience is required, showcasing your ability to craft beverages with precision.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent serving skills, with a friendly demeanour that enhances the customer experience.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Managing transactions effectively.

**Working conditions**:
If selected, you will be joining our fantastic team at the new Liverpool site, where the role involves exciting shift work from Monday to Sunday. We are looking for someone who loves engaging with large groups of customers and thrives in a lively environment. There may be occasional travel to other venue locations across the UK, with advance notice provided.

**Physical Requirements**:
This position is centred around barista duties, which include engaging in dynamic tasks such as preparing and carrying coffee beverages and related items to guests, maintaining an inviting atmosphere, and warmly greeting and interacting with customers.

**Hourly rate**: £12.35

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
