Lymer Doors are a well established Staffordshire based company who sell a range of products, business to business and direct to the end-user. Our products and services cover:
- Garage Doors
- UPVC windows, doors and building products
- Gates
- Industrial Doors
- Awnings
- Automation
**We are looking for someone to work at our Leek office.**
Some tasks include:
- Meeting and greeting potential customers in the showroom
- Showing and explaining the products and services we offer
- Supporting and working with our team
- To work as part of the local team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives
- To process, manage and ensure all company orders and requests for work is progressed effectively
- To ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
- Scheduling visits and booking in jobs / liaising with engineers
Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills:
- A high level of self motivation, dependability and professionalism
- A mature and flexible approach to work
- A high level of communication skills both oral and written to ensure that all business contacts both external and internal to the Company are conducted / delivered to the highest standard
- A high level of personal and professional integrity will underpin all actions and working relationships
- Ability to work under pressure, cope with unexpected problems - both technical and non technical
- Providing excellent customer service
- An ability to establish ‘comfortable’ working relationships with all levels of colleagues and business partners, both current and prospective
- A confident social manner that ensures appropriate etiquette in both formal and informal business gatherings is maintained.
Organisational Skills:
- Well organised, have a methodical approach to work
- Keen to get results and deliver high quality service balanced with business acumen
- Able to plan manage, organise and co-ordinate services and process information.
Product knowledge:
- Although product knowledge of UPVC windows, doors, would be favourable
