Taking on the position of a HR Representative, you will be joining our HR Services Team based at Badentoy, Portlethen. This is a critical role where you will work as part of a team in offering HR support to both internal and external customers ensuring thedelivery of our Service Delivery Objectives. This role would be suited to Junior / Entry Level into HR and may suit someone who has recently Graduated.
Main responsibilities but limited to:
- Support the HR Administration for the Countries of support, mainly but not exclusive to Addendums but also including Hiring, Terminations and any other items as required.
- Gather information and record data in HR tools, monitor transaction status of Requests and escalates transactions, as necessary; in order to respond to customer enquiries.
- Work directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems.
- Working to the team Goals and Objectives of the supporting SLA’s for all work tasks that come into the shared mailbox striving for first class customer support.
- Preparation of contractual documentation for new hires seeing through end to end.
- Ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate per processes updating HR Systems where applicable.
- Other duties
Skills & Experiences required:
- Working knowledge within an HR support function &/or working knowledge with a business administration
- Decision quality & problem solving
- Be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately
- Able to define, work within and improve business processes whilst exercising good judgement based on immediate and future business needs
- Confident and professional when representing the company in person and in writing
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training and instruction
