**The Role**
Working as part of a driven and lively team and across multiple divisions, you will combine growing and nurturing prospects to deliver appointments for Area Sales Managers with upselling the company's range of chemicals and detergents, managing deals via thetelephone. Key tasks will include
- Developing your own pipeline to sell to current and prospective customers
- Increasing conversion of prospects at the top of the sales funnel, utilising the tools within CRM to create nurturing campaigns
- Working with both sales and marketing to develop focused telesales campaigns
- Carrying our research to build a prospect pipeline
- Experience within a fast-paced and dynamic sales / contact centre environment
- Tenacious individuals, not afraid to pick up the phone and sell, able to demonstrate resilience
- Motivated by hitting targets / KPIs and boosting your monthly earnings
- Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as good IT skills
- Able to interact with colleagues and clients alike and at all levels of seniority will also be required
