**Strategy & Investor Relations Analyst**

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently partnered with a FTSE 250 Property Management company to recruit a Strategy & Investor Relations Analyst to join their team in their Central London office.

**Objectives**:

- To support the business in analysing the strategy alongside executing the IR strategy.
- To manage relationships effectively with the sell-side analysts and investors
- To work with internal stakeholders to deliver

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strategy related documents and analyse strategy related workstreams for the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development
- Work with the Director of Strategy & Corporate Development on identifying and executing on growth opportunities
- Maintain good records of all investor engagement using JP Morgan’s CBS Direct system and provide briefing notes to management ahead of roadshows or conferences
- Day-to-day engagement with financial PR agency and corporate brokers, particularly around results and roadshows
- Work with corporate brokers on investor targeting
- Respond to queries from the buy-side, sell-side analysts and individual shareholders
- Conduct investor tours and accompany management to investor meetings
- Work with the Company Secretary to ensure all investor communications are in line with latest regulatory requirements
- Collate and maintain sell-side analyst consensus, liaising closely with Finance team
- Work with the Finance team and design agency to prepare results announcements, presentations, and annual report
- Draft RNS announcements with the financial PR agency and help prepare materials for capital markets events
- Work with Senior Corporate Comms Manager to keep the IR website up to date with latest content and messaging
- Monitor and analyse external communications on the Company, as well as industry news and trends, to ensure the Executive board are well briefed
- Help manage relationships with investors, analysts and prospective clients ensuring they understand Workspace’s performance and long-term potential

**Person spec**:

- Experience in financial services, preferably coming from a Strategy perspective, on accounting and/or Investor Relations
- Strong academics
- Highly numerate, ability to understand analysts’ models
- Excellent communication skills to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent relationship building - ability to build trusted relationships at a senior level
- Results focused - clear attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and capable of working independently
- Market knowledge desirable - driven to learn the Market

**Salary + other information**
- Paying between £65,000 and £75,000 depedning on experience
- Above market rate bonus scheme
