A FTSE 250 consumer-focused business is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join the growing IR team in London to support the firm's ambitions to break into the FTSE 100.

Working alongside the Investor Relations Director, the Investor Relations Associate will have broad responsibility for communicating the group's strategy narrative and investment proposition.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Prepare materials for the IR function, including investor presentations, results slides, RNS statements, scripts and Q&A.
- Support the IR Director with investor meetings, take notes and update the CRM with a view to leading meetings with more experience.
- Act as point of contact for investors and analysts and respond to queries as appropriate.
- Monitor and track analyst reports.
- Support in the creation and delivery of investor conferences and roadshows.

Required skills and experience:

- At least two years experience working in IR or Corporate Finance, either in-house or consultancy.
- Experience creating a range of content, including reports and presentations for senior executives.
- Analytical mindset, ideally with some financial modelling experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to counsel senior executives.
