**Job Description**:
Management of Company Assets in and out of the Birmingham Facility, ensuring all Assets are clearly labelled, identified and managed in accordance with Used, Rental and New Equipment procedures.

Maximise all revenue opportunities with clear and concise inspections of all returning Assets.

Maintain the Standards expected of the Branch facility.

**Responsibilities**

Resource Management
- Ensure all Asset movements are documented and necessary departments updated in accordance to Policy.
- Efficiently unload/unload all equipment in accordance with Crown policy and dispose of waste effectively.
- Efficiently supply designated product to workshop as requested.

Operational Efficiency
- Ensure all Deliveries are available in the holding bay.
- Ensure All Assets Are Identified and Labelled.
- Ensure all Assets identified as Scrap are disposed of swiftly
- Maintain House Keeping across all Branch functions

Safety & Risk Management
- Promote a safe workplace for all by your actions
- Ensure regular checks of tools are maintained and recorded

Person Specification

Essential Skills:

- Must hold full UK Driving Licence.
- Educated with an ability to achieve a grade C in English and maths at GCSE.
- Experience of Health & Safety requirements working in a workshop practice.
- Commitment to continuing personal and professional development.
- Excellent organisational skills, resourceful and solution driven.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way, both verbally and in writing utilising collated data.
- Ability to multi‐task, prioritising workloads to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Flexibility to cope with diverse needs of the post.
- Highly motivated and possessing a resilience to work under pressure.
- Positive, personable and optimistic with a can do attitude.

Desirable Skills:

- Previous stock control experience.
- Recent and relevant experience of working in the forklift truck service environment, but not essential.
- Engineering qualification.

Vacancy Details

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, with 30 minutes for lunch.

Holidays:
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
