The Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire have a permanent 22.5 hours vacancy for a Community Support Worker. We are looking for a Community Support Worker who lives the values and behaviours of our trust. We are seeking a person who will be caring and compassionate providing excellent support to parents and their families in a clinical setting, having the ability to actively listen and have a warm approachable manner. In return you will support the wider team with administrative duties to help deliver a child friendly service. The Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire offers an integrated, flexible and family focused service providing high quality, support and care to Children and Young People across Staffordshire. You will be part of a team delivering the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme for a varied, unique and diverse population, in a supportive skill mix team, working closely with our partner agencies across health, social care and the local authority.
