**The job**:
We are looking for Female Personal Assistants (PA’s) to work with autism awareness and an understanding of the importance of routine and reliability for a person living on the spectrum. Adapting to do things in the way they like and prefer.

You will provide personal care, assisting with bathing, stoma and prolapse care, taking care of the pet animals, taking part in art and craft activites.

The role will be varied, sometimes the day will be about good conversation, friendship, and spending time at home. Other days will be about getting out and about locally, to enjoy social activities or appointments.

Every day is about giving caring, friendly support and improving her confidence.

**The right person**:
It is not essential that you have experience in care but we do need you to have autism knowledge, and you must have common sense, be flexible, enthusiastic and willing to learn You will receive clinical training.The main thing is that you have a naturally friendly and caring nature.

**The Hours**:
Work patterns are well planned with full and part-time hours available. You will work as part of a team and are willing to pick up additional hours and be flexible to cover holidays and times of sickness.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £12.17 per hour
