**Job Title**: Training Centre Administrator

The Training Centre Administrator is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training centre. This position involves a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
**Course Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate training courses, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are prepared in advance.

**Administration**: Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting. Maintain up-to-date records of all training activities.

**Customer Service**: Serve as the first point of contact for trainees, answering queries and providing information about courses.

**Logistics**: Manage the logistics of the training centre, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.

**Communication**: Liaise with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

**Compliance**: Ensure all training activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a training or educational setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
