Environmental Manager
The HSE Recruitment Network has been engaged by a leading food manufacturer, who are currently looking for an Environmental Manager. Contributing to the leadership of the business, leading their Environmental strategy, policy and procedure, ensuring compliance,permitting, pollution control, ESG, and carbon footprint reduction.

**Salary**: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car or Car Allowance
Location: UK Wide - multi-site, Hybrid working
Key objectives:

- Develop and manage all environmental regulatory compliance
- Lead on Environmental strategy, policy and procedure
- Develop and maintain the Environmental Management System
- Liaising with regulatory bodies, and keeping up-to-date with legislative changes
- Environmental auditing, oversee environmental performance across the group
- Permitting, pollution control, carbon management and action plan.
What we are looking for:

- Qualified in Environmental Management, degree or diploma
- Proven experience in leading environmental management at Group level ideally gained in a manufacturing environment
- Track record of implementing culture change
- Member of IEMA (PIEMA)
- Good communication skills and ability to be an effective member of the site leadership team
