**A full time Office Assistant is required for a busy business in Heckmondwike**. Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a construction sector company who need support with their growing business. They are looking for someone local, who can join their small, friendly team, to help with administration, customer service and reception.
- Answering the phones
- Updating records compliance
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Taking messages
- Opening the post
- Dealing with day-to-day staff requests for PPE, Workwear and expenses.
- Booking training courses, updating training record
- General office duties,
- Showing an interest in the business and taking on new skills

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working in a busy office
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Friendly, professional telephone manner
- Reliable and trustworthy (role may involve opening up the offices on occasion)
- General office tasks, filing, photocopying and scanning

Working Hours - 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri, 1/2 hour lunch, 37.5 hours a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
