We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Wembley team as a Credit Controller, playing a crucial role in managing the efficiency and accuracy of our credit control processes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that continues to grow and invest in cutting-edge technology and machinery.

**Duties Include**:

- Recover debts from existing customers and deal with customer invoice queries in relation to invoice payments.
- Undertake duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures
- Enter bank payments on the system paying particular attention to detail and reconcile accounts
- Report to management on outstanding issues, whilst highlighting potential debtor problems
- Open new accounts and check credit limits
- Raise Credit notes
- Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Policies
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Credit Controller or similar.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Adaptability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working on different software systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must
