Associate, Reconciliation Representative II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Reconciliations Regulatory Oversight and Control Team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Enhance and expand regulatory oversight and control framework for the department
- Support various workstreams for the team such as Audit Management, Breach/Issue Management, Control Testing, and Business Support elements such as Business Continuity Planning, Records Management, and Privacy
- Produce monthly dashboards and present on appropriate forums on behalf of the department
- Participate in audit, risk, and control investigations.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory controls as required

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or engineering/sciences or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and willing to develop further
- Previous experience of utilising digital tools preferred
- 2-4 years of total work experience preferred.
