**Magnus Search in partnership with a well known Ground Handling company located at Bristol Airport are looking for Front of House Staff /Passenger Service Agents.**

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experiences and someone who enjoys working as an individual or part of a team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Greeting and checking in of passenger’s baggage for their respective flights
- Checking passports, visa documentation and flight details
- Offering and aiding customers’ needs
- Direct customers to the right direction/assist if needed
- Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

**Skills required**:

- Good eye for the details
- Previous customer service experiences
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and understanding
- Flexibility
- Passport or Birth Certificate
- UK Settled Status (If applicable)
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of (current) Address
- 5 Year Address History
- 5 Year Work Reference History

**Hours of work/Pay rates**:

- Part time position with permanent role opportunity
- **£11.50 **p/h

Overtime Rate (40+hrs): £17.25 ( x 1.5 Standard Rate )
- **Overtime premiums available**_
- 2 weeks paid training provided
- Hours may vary working on a **3 on 6 off rota**
- Rota is 25 hours with overtime available
- Mixture of early and late starts.

An example of this Rota pattern could be;
**Day 1**: 03:00 - 12:00

**Day 2**: 04:00 - 13:00

**Day 3**: 04:00 - 13:00

OR

**Day 1**: 1200 - 21:00

**Day 2**: 12:00 - 21:00

**Day 3**: 11:00 - 20:00

**Overtime is available**

**Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.**
