Magnus Search in partnership with a well known Ground Handling company located at Bristol International Airport are looking for **Front of House Staff /Passenger Service Agents**.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experiences and someone who enjoys working as an individual or part of a team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Greeting and checking in of passenger’s baggage for their respective flights
- Checking passports, visa documentation and flight details
- Offering and aiding customers’ needs
- Direct customers to the right direction/assist if needed
- Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates

**Skills required**:

- Good eye for the details
- Previous customer service experiences
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and understanding
- Flexibility
- Passport or Birth Certificate
- UK Settled Status (If applicable)
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of (current) Address
- 5 Year Address History
- 5 Year Work Reference History

**Hours of work/Pay rates**:

- Full time position with permanent role opportunity
- **£ 10.50 **p/h paid weekly

Overtime premiums available
- 2 weeks paid training provided
- Hours may vary working on a **5 on 3 off pattern**

An example of this Rota pattern could be;
**Day 1**: 03:00 - 12:00

**Day 2**: 04:00 - 13:00

**Day 3**: 05:00 - 14:00

**Day 4**: 10:00 - 22:00

**Day 5**: 12:00 - 21:00

**Flexibility will be required as there are some early starts and late finishes.**

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
