**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with Head of Marketing to devise and implement the digital marketing strategy
- Using CRM to develop reports, analysing and communicating performance against agreed KPI’s
- Deliver paid search and display ad campaigns that target UK based and international students
- Report campaign success, implement changes that reflect an understanding of motivating audience
- Generate quality leads for the sales pipeline
- Create and optimise content for the group website and social media accounts.
- Take responsibility for website SEO performance and ranking
- Work with the Group Head of Design and marketing team to create eye-catching marketing assets that include web banners, display ads and social media content
- Develop a digital content plan and deliver content
- Experience designing and delivering online campaigns that target both international and domestic students
- Experience using a CRM, conducting campaign analysis and make recommendations based on data
- Experience managing a digital marketing budget, able to forecast and report on ROI
- Knowledge of HTML, website management (CMS) and website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of adobe creative suite very desirable
- Ability to break down complex data to deliver easy to understand reports.
- Ability to build good relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and stakeholders.
