ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a great opportunity for the right person to be part of a wonderful team that really cares. We are looking for individuals who show passion in what they do and who have the ability to provide exceptional customer service, meticulous cleanliness, and creative solutions for our residents and their guests.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring designated areas and apartments are immaculately clean and tided in professional and timely manner
- To provide a genuine, intuitive, and friendly service to our residents
- Ensuring maintenance defects are reported using correct procedure
- To maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, and housekeeping areas
- Support and train new members of the team and make them feel welcome
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase efficiency and exceed residents’ expectations
- Operating within safety guidelines. Ensures the safe handling of chemicals and utilise proper personal protective equipment. Reports and address safety concerns as they arise

EXPERIENCE
- Secondary school diploma
- Previous housekeeping experience in luxury hotel or residence
