Specscart is one of the fastest growing eyewear startups in the UK. A team of professionals who are changing the eyewear industry in the UK. We are looking for our new team member - an eCommerce Executive - who'll assist and manage in day to day operations for Online operations and the Bury retail store. We fully support career development and if successful, we will help you achieve your goals. This position is based in Specscart, Bury Town Centre store. You must be presentable, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with our online and retail store customers. Your ability to provide quality customer service and fast order dispatch will help you achieve the position. Efficiency & speed for this role is a plus point.
**Key Tasks**
- Ability to build a rapport with customers to help them with enquiries including telephone orders, product/stock information, tracking deliveries and returns
- Ability to identify ways to improve processes in order to improve sales, brand loyalty and the customer service experience
- Assist in delivering the ecommerce strategy requirements.
- Recommend and support any ecommerce projects to improve the online customer experience
- Preparing order dispatch (Packing & Dispatch)
**Requirements**:
- Driven, enthusiastic and self-sufficient.
- Good understanding of how an ecommerce business works.
- Ability to use analytics to direct and implement changes.
- Able to multi-task with diligent prioritisation of tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in any e-commerce industry or order dispatch is an added advantage.
- Ambitious and driven with an entrepreneurial mentality
