We are looking for our new team member - an Operations Assistant & Online customer services - who'll assist and manage in day to day operations for Online operations and the Bury retail store.
**Job Brief**:You must be presentable, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with our online and retail store customers. Your ability to provide quality customer service and fast order dispatch will help you achieve the position. Efficiency & speed for this role is a plus point.
**Roles and responsibility**:
- Manage Online customer services
- Preparing order dispatch (Packing & Dispatch)
- Ensuring every customer gets a great experience online.
- Attention to detail for dispatching the right orders.
- Be an all-rounder for the online customer services and order dispatch.
- Previous experience in customer services or online order dispatch for an e-commerce business will be an added advantage.
