Company based in Birmingham and Telford seek an accountant to participate in the growth and development of their support model for legal partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating month-end reporting, reconciliations, and various analysis.
- Creating cashflow forecasting and financial models.
- Regular reporting and analysis on the acquired firms to Senior Management.
- Conducting new seller due diligence and ongoing reviews.
- Processing of accounts to trial balance stage.
- Preparing monthly seller invoices and transaction reconciliations.
- Assisting with the annual financial audit and tax return preparation
- Preparing supplier payment runs and processing invoices.
- Completing bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Liaising with HMRC and other regulatory bodies when necessary.
- Ad-hoc duties to support the businesses.
- Managing a small team overseeing sales/purchase ledgers
Experience working in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
Full time, permanent role.
Salary levels negotiable.
Office attendance required.
