Your role will involve:

- Managing the financial administration and finance function of the business
- Working closely with the Operations Director to analyse and report on trends, costs and results
- Provide month and quarterly forecasts
- Provide monthly management accounts
- Ensure compliance with statutory authority and bank audit requirements
- Stock control management and analysis of slow moving stock
- Managing terms with suppliers and customers to improve cash flow
- Provide material yield, gross profit and cost of sales information
- Play a key role in the leadership team helping to promote and improve business systems and efficiencies
