**The role**:
We are currently recruiting for **Female Support Workers** to join our team supporting our client in the Sefton area.

You will be working within a team of skilled **support workers**, enabling young people and adults living in the community to live as full and independent a life as possible.

We support individuals with a wide range of needs and conditions, including learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism, acquired brain injury and sensory impairments. Some of the people we support may have difficulties with communication and, at times, may display behaviours that are deemed to be challenging. Bespoke, high-quality training will be given so that you have exactly the right skills needed to support each client.

We are looking for **support workers** who have a passion to changing the lives of the people we support, with a strong value base, who demonstrate kindness, compassion, integrity, alongside best practice.

**At Cavalry, we are looking for Support workers who**:

- Are positive and reliable

- Are kind, caring and compassionate
- Have a minimum of 6 months' experience of working in care.

**Salary**: £13.05 per hour

Day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
