Role Support Worker with Activities (Days) Location of role Margaret Roper House & Ainsdale Community Role Description We are looking for experienced Support Workers who can make a real difference. As a Support Worker with Activities, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that respects dignity and promotes independence. You will: Organise and deliver personalised daily activities for residents. Provide emotional and physical support to help individuals transition towards independent living. Work across Ainsdale locations as part of a dedicated team. Margaret Roper House in Southport provides a nurturing, home-like environment for adults living with ongoing mental and physical health challenges. Together with Ainsdale Care in the Community, we are part of Nugent – a values-driven organisation dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to vulnerable adults with long-term mental health needs. Experience and skills of a Support Worker Effective communication and organisational skills. A valid driving licence (desirable) to operate the home’s transport. Experience working with vulnerable adults. Commitment to completing the Care Certificate within 12 weeks. Compassion, empathy, reliability, and dedication to ongoing training. Ability to work on a rolling rota, including weekends. Hours Contracts available for 19 hours or 39 hours per week. Benefits Fully funded training and development opportunities.
