**Role Purpose**

Working for Trinity on behalf of our client Cadent we are looking for 2 administrators t_o _provide support to the Effective Delivery team ensuring key milestones are met in line with contractual targets._ _

**Key Responsibilities**
- Upload information sent by Site Customer Delivery Managers into the appropriate Cadent or Trinity systems.
- Works with the Senior Project Manager / Project Managers and other stakeholders to determine and document the most effective and efficient approach to collect and enter the data, including steps to validate data through the required systems.
- Executes the agreed approach to the required quality.
- Provide progress updates to Head of Delivery, Senior / Project Managers
- Assists in other tasks as directed by Head of Delivery, Senior / Project Managers to assist in organising operational meetings, collating out of hours rotas and holiday trackers.

**Person Specification**
- No mandatory formal qualifications required but experience in administration and operations management would be an advantage.
- Likely to have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Operations management and or administration.
- Knowledge of utilities preferred or industry operational practices
- Has evidence of working across both office and field based colleagues
- Has a working knowledge of IT systems and entry & review of data into such systems
- Understand the importance of data quality

**Skills**
- Able to work accurately and at pace, following defined procedures
- Can engage with stakeholders at operational levels, across all disciplines (i.e. Finance, Operations. HR, H&SE, Customer etc)
- Takes ownership and operates proactively to deliver high quality work
- Ability to grasp new concepts/requirements quickly, seeking clarity where necessary
- Resilient, calm and pragmatic
- Inquisitive and proactive, able to work in a team
- Is comfortable entering data on “corporate” IT systems
- Language : strong English language speaker essential

**Desirable**
- Understands engineering disciplines (e.g. design, work planning, work delivery) and understands the role of operations in delivering high quality services
- Has an understanding of the UK gas industry
