This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an innovative Consultancy company as a Payroll Advisor. In this role, we are looking for someone who can provide excellent accuracy in a timely fashion and can resolves all employees queries and give up to date information on statutory payroll matters, pay and benefits. This full time, permanent role and based in the office.

Responsibility and duties include:

- Excellent knowledge and work alongside the Payroll and Benefits Manager on Payroll queries such as P60s, PSAs, P11ds.
- Support employees benefits in matters of pension, HMRC payments and benefits scheme.
- Liaise with external bodies and stakeholders that provide HMRC, benefits, Pensions etc.
- Continually assess all payroll process and procedures and ensure best practice.

What we are looking for:

- Ideally looking for individuals with 3 years’ experience in Payroll.
- Great skills in different payroll software such as IRIS Cascade.
- Excellent communicational skills in conveying all payroll matters.
- Experience dealing with RTI, P60s, PSAs and P11Ds.
- Has the ability to liaise with staff, team members and key stakeholders.
