**Full-Time Permanent Role**

**Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm**

**30 Days holiday per year**

We are honoured to be recruiting for a growing sub-contractor to the construction industry. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team.

Key tasks for the Senior Administrator are to include
- Handle the procurement process, which includes ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory of materials and equipment.
- Provide administrative support for project planning and implementation.
- Coordinate the testing and inspection of lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Arrange for regular vehicle inspections and necessary repairs, maintaining detailed records of their status.
- Process employee wages accurately and on time, liaising with the HR and Accounts departments as necessary.
- Assist with the preparation and sending of invoices, ensuring accurate billing of clients services.
- Coordinate with the Contracts Managers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate organisational records.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with at least 5 years administration experience, ideally working for a sub-contractor / contractor within the construction industry however this is preferred and not essential.
