The Senior Administrator will arrange, plan and coordinate meetings, communicate with stakeholders and organise those their work on behalf of, and will also develop the vision, strategy and policies that are in place. They will also help lead and developthe programmes already in place.

A Public Sector organisation based in Leeds, who specialise in Health and Training resources for one of their partner organisations. This role is based in the Admin and Secretarial industry.

**Description**

The Senior Administrator will:

- Work closely with the Senior Programme Officer
- To organises, plan and coordinate meetings and other activities
- To deal with large data-bases
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and approaches to achieve goals and improve result

**Profile**

The Senior Administrator will have:

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience drafting reports, papers and presentations
- Confidence to present to others
- Good knowledge or word processing database
- Great attention to detail
