Andalucia Tapas and Wine Bar is a thriving tapas and wine bar in Ferring, offering training and career development. The drinks side of our business takes just as much centre stage as our delicious tapas. We offer an extensive and hugely popular cocktail list, premium wines, and a variety of rare spirits.

We are looking for a passionate and charismatic bar executive that shares our values.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing an exceptional customer experience while adhering to our brand values.
- Preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages as part of our bar team. You will be able to prepare and serve hot beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as instructed.
- Supporting Andalucia events and new bar offerings.
- Being a point of contact for our guests, taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring that our customers have a truly memorable experience at Andalucia Tapas & Wine Bar.
- Willingness to always go the extra mile.
- Working within a team and exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills.

Ensure the correct measurements and other licence regulations are being followed.

**Key Skills**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced luxury venue is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, quality products, and ingredient’s ability to grow, develop and promote our existing menu.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Strong attention to delivering inspirational service to our guests.
