**Maintenance** Assistant - Position Overview**
- Carrying out planned maintenance tasks (PMT)
- Assist in resolving equipment breakdowns and moving equipment or furniture
- Maintaining the Company external areas, including garden
- Raising purchase orders for materials and services
- Helping to manage the site and other budgets to ensure they remain within target
- Assisting with carrying out corrective actions for near miss forms, maintenance requests and/or risk assessments
- Acting as a keyholder (so will be able to hold SC clearance)

**Maintenance** Assistant
- Position Requirements**
- Maintenance: 3 years (required)
- Has previous working experience as facilities assistant / caretaker
- Holds basic DIY skills and experienced or qualified to carry out appropriate maintenance and building works.
- Can communicate effectively to workers at all levels, both verbally and in writing, including giving instructions to contractors and staff.
- Can problem solve.
- Can plan and prioritise workload.
- Is IT literate in MS Office.
- Holds full clean driving licence.

**Maintenance** Assistant - Position Remuneration**
- Salary: £22k - £24k
- Monday - Friday
- 25 days holiday + BH
