**About the Service -Treatment & Recovery Services**

Our dedicated treatment and recovery services offer tailored support to help people challenge dependency. We understand that recovery from dependency is a personal process, and we know that it is possible with the support.

At Changing Lives, we recognise that substance dependency is often something that emerges linked to life experiences and we are here to help people explore, make meaning and decide what changes they would like to make moving forward.

We work with people at every stage of their recovery journey. We offer an effective therapeutic support for people, and on-going support as life progresses. We also support people to connect within their communities and to other services that can help with other issues arising, including employment, housing, family relationships, mental health and more.

**About the Job**

As our new Project Lead you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the North Tyneside Recovery Partnership within Changing Lives.

On a daily basis this will see you co-ordinate recovery focused work with the goal of supporting our colleagues and ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service to those who engage with our services. You will collaborate with a number of internal and external partners so communication and presenting skills are essential.

As a project lead you will ambassador Changing lives Values and the services and projects we provide to those in our communities. Working with partners to ensure that people have access to the correct treatment pathway. Promoting recovery from addiction as a realistic goal within the service we provide. To communicate with the service manager and direct the team to achieve the identified outcomes.

The North Tyneside Recovery Partnership is a collective consisting of Changing Lives, Turning Point and Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation trust and works closely with those experiencing problems with drugs and alcohol across the region.
