The key responsibilities for the NHS Personal Assistant Band 5 role are:
To provide corporate business support to the Director of People and the Deputy Director of Workforce
- Minute taking
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Agenda setting and action follow up
- Draft responses to correspondence
- Arranging travel
- Project support

**PLEASE NOTE ROLE IS TEMPORARY FOR AN IMMEDIATE START.**

- Confident minute taking skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to manage complex duties
- Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of HR operations
