The Customer Experience Advisor takes ownership of and is responsible for ensuring a first class delivery and handover experience.

**Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification**

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll pay a key part of the customer journey, being there to:

- Ensure the customer has an exceptional handover experience from start to finish
- Co-ordinate and work closely with vehicle admin, F&I Administrator and the sales team to ensure a smooth handover process
- Manage, contact and arrange all handover slots providing periodic updates prior to the customer booking.
- Ensure all appropriate works have been carried out before handover, including vehicle preparation and documentation
- Tailor the handover experience by gaining information around customer preferences and lifestyle, for example pre-programming navigation information and music
- Ensure knowledge around accessories is up to date and relevant to the customer to ensure maximum upsell
- Ensure the customer has a full explanation of the controls of the vehicle and drives away competent and extremely satisfied, and provide a re-explanation service to returning customers should they be unsure how to use a specific feature within their vehicle.
- Provide all customers with an introduction to a Service Advisor, or the dealership Service Manager

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
