This role is a 6-month temp role with the possibility to extend, 37.5 hours a week, looking for someone to start ASAP with hybrid working near Victoria Station, London, **SW1V 1JU**.

The Role: In this **ICT Support Officer** role, you report to the Head of Operations and Technology.

Specific tasks include:

- Act as system administrator and support the maintenance of the Charity’s systems.
- Support on daily ICT issues.
- Be the first point of contact and liaise with relevant with technology service providers.
- Support the procurement process for ICT equipment and services.
- Technical knowledge of and experience with a variety of technologies.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a technical support role.
- Experience of prepping devices for onboarding.
- Knowledge of GDPR/Data Protection and Information Security.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
