**Key Responsibilities** of the Consultant, Legal Entity Management
- Staying up to date on the fiduciary, regulatory and statutory responsibilities of legal entities their directors, officers and managers and advising clients on such matters.
- Supporting the delivery of large global compliance engagements and working with local Deloitte Legal teams to implement delivery.
- Actively managing the day-to-day relationship of a portfolio of UK registered companies and overseeing the delivery of the annual compliance and any additional company secretarial services.
- Managing the corporate records to support relevant transactions, filings, reports, and audits to fulfil these responsibilities.
- Managing the client portal to ensure all compliance requirements are tracked and completed in good time
- Providing advice on the corporate entity lifecycle and the on-going compliance with local legislation and restructuring of global businesses
- Providing general UK company secretarial support as required
- Assisting on Corporate Governance projects as required

**Skills & Attributes** of the Consultant, Legal Entity Management
- ISCA Grad with experience of working as a company secretary and/or with legal entity compliance.
- Understands the key issues on managing both UK entities and global group structures and their compliance issues.
- Demonstrates the ability to consult on corporate governance projects
- Client-driven commercial awareness
- Experience of working in professional services and/or in a global organisation
- Enthusiasm for innovation and/or technology-aligned solutions.
- An organised, pro-active individual who is driven by personal development.
