The Team

Due to the rapid growth and expansion of the Legal Entity Management and Governance team, there is a new opportunity for a consultant to join the team to help deliver high quality innovative solutions to the firm's clients. Those clients want guidance to help them develop and implement best practice corporate governance principles, help them cope with increasing regulatory compliance and the administration of large amounts of corporate data and the digitisation of that data.

The Role

You will also be supported in deepening your own technical specialism, widening your cross service line and industry or market knowledge, and continue to develop your management skills.

You will be talented, out-going and flexible individual who is confident working side by side with senior personnel. You will have passion for your specialism but are willing to adapt to the evolving environment in which we operate, staying up-to-date on the fiduciary, regulatory and statutory responsibilities of legal entities their directors, officers and managers and advising clients on such matters.

**You will have**:
ISCA Grad with experience of working as a company secretary and/or with legal entity compliance.
Understand the key issues on managing both UK entities and global group structures and their compliance issues.
Demonstrate the ability to consult on corporate governance projects
Client-driven commercial awareness
Experience of working in professional services and/or in a global organisation
Enthusiasm for innovation and/or technology-aligned solutions.
An organised, pro-active individual who is driven by personal development.
