Job Details- Effectively manage absence, conduct and performance via informal action and formal case management & manage employee relation case work, including supporting and coaching leaders on best practice- Supporting the roll out of new initiative around colleague retention- Navigate our Colleague policies and processes and communicate these to our leaders- Focussed on achieving positive and reasonable outcomes for both Colleagues and the Company- Proactively work with leaders to drive and secure early identification and resolution of issues in our core employee relations area & highlight any trends from case work to support the Employee Relations Partner with addressing the issue areas, through providing effective and informative weekly reporting

Skills we would love you to have- Solid experience dealing with high volume ER cases- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Organised, methodical with a great attention to detail- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to identify improvements
