We’re looking for a proactive and logical thinking **Client Training Coordinator / Administrator**to join a large professional association, based near Victoria, London.

The **Client Training Coordinator / Administrator**will support the customer facing aspects of the company’s training delivery - engaging with course tutors, customers and colleagues, producing and maintaining learning materials and ensuringthat the learning programmes are presented effectively.

**Key responsibilities as the Client Training Coordinator / Administrator will include**:

- Supporting the L&D Business Development team to ensure the successful delivery of client projects
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers on large-scale in-company projects/training
- Sending joining instructions, keeping records, logs and schedules up to date
- Assisting in ensuring that client programmes are administered, materials produced and trainers are scheduled for briefing and delivery
- Supporting the delivery of L&D live virtual courses
- Coordinating reviews
- Maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS)
- And more

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar training coordinator / administrator role
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong project management skills and highly organised nature
- Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Meticulous attention to detail
- IT literate including MS Office (Word & PowerPoint is essential)
- Good written English
- A proactive, 'can-do’ and results driven mindset
- Reliable and conscientious
