Following recent company growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team to assist & support the Project team. This is an exciting time to join Nexus as we expand our client base and our team.

Nexus are a team of industry leaders, specialising in the execution of commercial, retail, hospitality & residential projects throughout the UK.

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be assisting the Project Team with the logistics & workflow of various projects, to ensure completion within pre-determined time frames & to agreed standards & quality.

**The Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the scheduling for contracts.
- Assisting with project administration & document control.
- Inputting & management of project information into the Project Management software.
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly project reports from the Project Management system.
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Helping with general administrative tasks.
- Assisting with procurement & ordering of materials.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Good numeracy, verbal & written communication skills.
- Good practical skills & approach to problem solving.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work to deadlines.

**Job requirements**:

- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry is good to have but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, especially Excel, Word, & Outlook is an advantage.
- Locally based or able to commute.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time, Permanent.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday.
- 40hrs per Week (including breaks).

**Work Location**:

- In person.
