Dron & Dickson are specialists in integrated supply, installation and maintenance of harsh & hazardous electrical equipment. Based at five UK locations, we provide specialist E&I inspection, maintenance and project services to all parts of the Offshore & Onshore Energy sector, Pharmaceutical and Marine industries. Managed from our UK locations, our services operate within the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.

**Position**:
**Purpose**: ‘_Everyone Home Safe_’ - An encapsulation of the right for everyone to return from work safely and promote their wellbeing; this applies to Dron & Dickson staff and all who come in to contact with our work activities. Our systems, processes and cultures coupled with our supply and services ensures people, plant and the environment are kept safe. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through on time delivery.

**Objective**: The primary objective of this role is to meet or exceed customer and supplier delivery KPI’s inline with company scorecard targets through effective coordination of the expediting process.

**Core Alignment Responsibilities**:

- Understand and support the company's mission, vision and values

**Role Responsibilities**:

- To expedite purchase orders, sales orders and update dates and information in system.
- Create weekly reports for sales staff and key clients.
- Assist Branch Manager in month end forecasts.
- Closely monitor and proactively improve sales and supplier delivery on-time performance.
- Advise Sales Manager when it may be possible to proactively improve the delivery of customer’s orders.
- Liaise with Stores regarding logistics, including documentation.
- Responsible for input of client details into the CRM system.
- To be fully aware, assist and support the ongoing development of the integrated management system.
- To maintain good communications with internal and external clients.
- To take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and development of the company’s systems and processes.
- Understand and support the company's strategy, mission and core values

- Ad hoc duties as requested by management
- Travel may be necessary to ensure delivery of business needs.

**HSEQ Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales environment

**Contracted Hours**: 38.25 hours per week with 45 mins for lunch

**Hours of work**:

- Mon to Thurs:8.30am - 5pm
- Fri:8.30am - 4.30pm

**Benefits Package**:

- Pension: 3% Company Contribution, minimum 5% employee contribution
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of 8 public holidays). Annual leave entitlement will increase to 33 days after 2 years’ service
