We are proud to be partnering our client in their search for a Head of Bid Management to lead their Bid division. After what has been several years of successive growth our client are on the cusp of an exciting period of change as they look to diversify and increase their scope over new markets in an effort to reach new customers. This role will play an instrumental part in helping them to achieve key business objectives and as such we’re looking for a strong technical expert in Bid Management, preferably with a background in the food and beverage or retail industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end bid management process, from opportunity identification to submission.
- Responsible for writing and landing bids within hotels, restaurants, leisure and senior living.
- Adding value and providing effective support to the sales team.
- Develop and implement bid strategies to maximize win rates and profitability.
- Manage the bid budget and resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- To support the Director of Sales and Marketing in all bid requests

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bid management, with a track record of successfully securing high-value contracts in a competitive environment.
- Experience of designing and implementing bids
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Proficiency in bid management tools and software including Canva.

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
