**The Company**:
Our well-established client is looking to appoint a full time IT Technician to join their team. Our client is a specialist firm of solicitors based in 4 different cities with over 200 years of experience in the provision of legal services.

**The Role**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve all computer software and hardware problems
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, desk side training, and customer service for all Information Technology related issues
- Track all requests for service and support
- Maintain firm desktop and laptops imaging process, which includes data backup and configurations for new and existing users

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Windows 10 & Office365
- iManage / Work 10
- McAfee for USB encryption
- Telephony: Cisco telephony (Jabber / Webex / Call Manager)
- Mobile telephony:
