**Transport Administrator**

**Role overview**:
As an Administrator/ Clerk with LKQ Euro Car Parts in the Transport department in Tamworth, Dordon, you will key in supporting the smooth running of our busy Transport operations. You will support your Front Line Managers (FLM) and the wider department by carrying out Driver briefings and by coordinating internal and external communications. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data and reports. This role is a challenging yet rewarding role.

**Working hours**:
Full time, 42.5 hours per week, 6am-3pm/ 1.30pm-10.30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for our Drivers, briefing them on key messages
- Coordinate internal and external queries, including answering phone calls and handling requests
- Ensure legal compliance by maintaining accurate data and records
- Support the smooth running of the Transport schedule by updating this as required
- Be responsible for all office machinery, such as photocopiers, fax machines and printers

**Skills and Experience needed**:

- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Ability to work autonomously
