Freelance Trainer

**Why we need you**:
As our client base is expanding rapidly in the UK region and the number of training sessions we facilitate is continuously growing, we’re looking for Leadership/Soft Skill Trainers to facilitate delightful, actionable, and relevant training sessions.

Our extensive PowerSkill training catalogue consists of Taking Ownership, Storytelling, Empowering Leadership, Collaboration & Influence, Analytical Thinking, Diversity & Inclusion, Intentional Learning, and Resilience.

We’re looking for multiple Freelance Trainers with expertise in one of those PowerSkills for various audiences, ranging from young professionals to first-time leaders working in various industries.

**What you’ll achieve in your first year**:

- You will facilitate high quality and high impact training sessions for our learners and clients in various PowerSkills

**What we’re looking for**:

- 3+ years experience in Facilitation and/or Corporate Training
- Expertise in at least one of the following Powerskills in a group training setup: Taking Ownership, Storytelling, Empowering Leadership, Collaboration & Influence, Analytical Thinking, Diversity & Inclusion, Intentional Learning, and Resilience
- Experience in engaging both young professionals and first time leaders
- Experience in facilitating online sessions
- Willingness to travel onsite for face-to-face sessions in London Area.
- Fluent in English
- Previous people management experience is a plus
- Corporate acting experience is a plus
